1. Delivery & Pickup Options

a) Abuja Delivery (Fee Applies)

• Delivery available across Abuja (FCT) for a flat fee.
• Same-day delivery (if ordered before 12 PM on weekdays).
• Next-day delivery (for orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends)

b) Free Self-Pickup (Recommended)

• No delivery fee – save money by picking up your order at our store.
• Faster collection – orders ready within 2 hours (during business hours).
• Address: Shop G05/G06 NA-AKA HUB, Plot 1059 Abutu Garba St, Off Odumegwu Ojukwu Crescent, Gudu District, Abuja
• Pickup Hours: Mon-Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM

3. Delivery Timeframes (Abuja)

• Same-Day: Order before 12 PM → Delivery by 6 PM.
• Next-Day: Order after 12 PM → Delivery next business day.
• Weekend Orders: Processed on Monday (or next working day).

4. Nationwide Shipping (Outside Abuja)

• Shipped via DHL, FedEx, or local couriers.
• Delivery fee calculated per your location/state.
• Estimated delivery: 3-7 working days.

5. Pickup Instructions

• Select “Pickup” at checkout.
• Wait for SMS/email confirmation when your order is ready.
• Bring order number & valid ID for collection.

6. Failed Deliveries & Changes

• Wrong address? Contact us immediately to avoid extra fees.
• Unavailable for delivery? We’ll reschedule once for free (next attempt incurs fee).

• Damaged items? Report within 24 hours with photos.
