Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to KnK Grocers, your trusted online retailer for UK supermarket products in Nigeria. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward Refund and Returns Policy.

Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products – If your item arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective.
Wrong Item Delivered – If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
Expired Products – If the product has expired before or shortly after delivery.
Missing Items – If part of your order is missing.

Non-Returnable Items – Perishable goods (unless spoiled), opened or used products (unless defective), and items not purchased from our store.


2. Return Timeframe

You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

After approval, you must return the product(s) within 3 days to qualify for a refund or exchange.


3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to request a return:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue (damaged, wrong item, expiry date, etc.)
  • A brief explanation of the problem
  1. Return Approval – Our team will review your request and notify you within 24-48 hours if your return is approved.
  2. Return Shipping – If approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • For our error (wrong/damaged item): We cover return shipping costs.
  • For change of mind: You bear return shipping costs.
  1. Inspection & Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Methods & Processing Time

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, card refund, etc.).
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days after approval.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange for a different product:

  • The replacement must be of equal or lesser value.
  • If the new item costs more, you will pay the difference.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or returns if:

  • The product was damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • You changed your mind (unless unopened and in original packaging).
  • The issue was reported after the 48-hour window.
